John Sweeney, CEO, HCI joins ByrneWallace LLP Deal Makers Club Seminar as a Guest Speaker
ByrneWallace LLP Dealmakers Club recently hosted a seminar to discuss the latest developments in M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital transactions.
John was delighted to be invited as a guest speaker at this seminar. In addition to supporting health and social care organisations in achieving and maintaining regulatory standards and accreditation achievement, John has significant experience in conducting pre and post acquisition due diligence of healthcare companies in transactional scenarios to support investors.
During the seminar, John shared his experiences and insights on the operational and due diligence assessment of healthcare companies from an investor perspective and also gave an overview of the regulatory environment.
Dara Calleary TD, Minister of State for Trade Promotion, Digital and Company Regulation also spoke at the seminar, providing an update on current developments and insights in relation to the adoption of the Screening of Third Country Transactions Bill. The seminar was Chaired by ByrneWallace LLP Managing Partner and Head of Corporate Feargal Brennan. The event was held on 8th March 2023.
