Webinar: Practical Preparation for Homecare Regulation
Webinar Overview
In September 2021, HIQA launched their scoping consultation for the Draft National Standards for Home Support Services. With HIQA’s intention to monitor Home Care services in Ireland, HCI felt it would be a good time to reflect on HIQA’s monitoring of nursing homes to identify the key learnings for home care.
With this in mind, HCI held this webinar to review the latest trends identified in HIQA inspections in residential care settings for older people and provide practical advice on preparing for regulation.
The aim of this webinar is to:
- Identify areas of good practice within HIQA inspection findings.
- Identify and understand the high risk areas trending in HIQA inspection findings.
- Identify the learnings for Home Care
- Discuss the next steps for Home Care Providers in preparing for regulation
