The QMIS provides on centralised location for staff to access PPPGs, reduces the administrative burden of managing training records, provides transparency around training and what training is done/scheduled/outstanding and provides real time data for managers to access during inspections. HCI continue to work with ISWID to make tangible improvements and enhancements to the system so that it ISWID are maximising its potential.
