In this podcast we provide nursing homes with an overview of HIQA and Safeguarding Ireland’s Guidance on a Human Rights-based Approach in Health and Social Care Services. We discuss the FREDA principles underpinning the Guidance and examine case studies detailing how each FREDA principle can be applied in a residential home setting.
