HCI provides Quality Improvement Monitoring and Support to Positive Care
HCI is delighted to be long-term partners with Positive Care, whereby HCI provide Positive Care with independent oversight of their Quality and Safety Management System. As part of our support to Positive Care, HCI developed a suite of Policies and Procedures, educated staff and we continue to conduct quarterly reviews to identify quality improvement areas and promote learning across the Positive Care network.
