HCI conducts a Quality and Safety Management System Gap Analysis at St Michael’s Hospital

HCI was delighted to support St Michael’s Hospital by conducting a Gap Analysis of their Quality and Safety Management System (QSMS) in line with the Joint Commission International (JCI) Accreditation Standards for Hospitals, 7th edition.

Speaking about the project, Anne Coleman, CEO of St. Michael’s Hospital said:
