In his new role, Gary Mellows will lead the strategic execution of HCI’s digital platform delivery, customer success, and service operations. With over 15 years of experience in technology and consulting leadership, Gary brings a strong track record in scaling digital services across healthcare, pharma, and the public sector. His focus will be on deploying intelligent digital tools that enhance provider efficiency, compliance, and ultimately, patient outcomes.
Aoife Bland, appointed as Director of Quality and Safety, brings national and international clinical experience with a specialist focus on regulatory compliance, audit, and risk management. Her role will ensure that HCI’s digital solutions remain underpinned by evidence-based methodologies and best-in-class professional services, ensuring clients achieve and sustain compliance with standards set out by bodies such HIQA, JCI, CHKS, and ISO.
