Introduction

Given Slaintecare’s focus of moving the delivering of care out of the acute setting and into the community where possible, there is now a need for Community Healthcare Organisations (CHOs) to examine their processes to look for opportunities to become more efficient.

In this webinar, Clare Harney, Director of Digital Development, discusses what this change means for CHOs going forward and how Digital Health Transformation can help streamline processes across remote sites. The webinar covers:

  • Slaintecare and the shifting of care out of hospitals into the community where possible – what this shift in the burden of care means for CHO’s?
  • Digital Health Transformation – What is it and how it can help?
